Wellness Trail – Agra and the Sasso delle Parole

The Nature is full of energetic places, which offer us amazing landscapes and they are source of wellbeing and energy.

The mountains help us to forget our problems and at their top we can see the life from a different point of view.

The view of the lake brings good mood and boosts the creativity.

The woods spread oxygen that purifies and recharges us.

This trail will take us to the discovery of one of the most fascinating trail of the Collina d’Oro.
We will do it together, alternating a restorative walk and breathing exercises and fitness; a trail that goes from The Corte di Bigogno to the Sasso delle Parole.

A unique place, a natural balcony where Hermann Hesse used to go and paint, and where lovers, thanks to the breathtaking and romantic scenario, have whispered (and still do) one to each other sweet words of love.

Our hike will finish with a delicious picnic “Wellness“, in the shadow of a magnificent tree in a beautiful clearing. Free return.
