Morcote<\/strong>, an enchanting village awarded the title of “most beautiful village in Switzerland”, the perfect setting to talk about sustainable cosmetics.<\/p>\n

We will start with a wonderful walk to discover this enchanting place that hosts us, its anecdotes … the stories of people who live it daily, small artisans, farmers, beekeepers … We will visit some of them, who will give us some elements of Nature (such as lavender, perfect for essential oils or beeswax, excellent base for balms, etc. …), which we will then use for the preparation of natural cosmetics<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Our destination will be an enchanting secret garden<\/strong> hidden in the labyrinth of small streets in the historic center of Morcote. Here we will be greeted by a small tasting of local organic products and we will talk to an expert, who will illustrate the properties of wild herbs and the possibility of reusing natural waste for the production of cosmetics.<\/p>\n

In the era of disposable and hectic life, we have put aside and forgotten the ancient wisdom of our ancestors who produced with their hands so much of what we are now accustomed to buy. In our haste we often buy beauty products that are harmful to health and the environment, risking spreading preservatives, dyes or solvents of chemical origin.<\/p>\n

This event is an invitation to women and those who feel like it (gay friendly), to the slowness necessary to enjoy the lushness of the region that hosts us and offers us elements that we will transform into pearls of pure well-being.<\/p>\n
