COME WITH ME<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our instructors have a multiannual experience as fitness coaches, personal trainers, Fitboxe<\/strong>, Aerobics<\/strong>, Bodytone<\/strong> and Pilates<\/strong> instructors. They are sports lovers and are deeply linked with the sport, team work and training fundamentals.<\/p>\n

They strongly believe in an eco-friendly lifestyle and are very happy to be members of the Be Free Go Green Community<\/strong>, because they think that \u201cthe impossible\u201d is a matter of opinion.<\/p>\n

A functional training, where the main focus is the development of endurance and well-being.<\/p>\n

Discover the pleasure of hours spent outdoors, in the shade of majestic trees that give us oxygen and allow us to burn more calories, making the body reactive, toned and fit… a real energy boost!<\/p>\n

In the amazing scenery of the Parco Guidino of Paradiso, close to the city centre of Lugano, with a stunning view of the Ceresio Lake. A natural setting on Monte San Salvatore hillside.<\/p>\n

WHAT YOU HAVE TO TAKE WITH YOU<\/strong><\/p>\n

You have to wear technical clothing: protective, but breathable cloths and dress in layers. Take also a spare shirt, a sweater (like a pile sweater), a k-way if it is necessary and water.<\/p>\n

Don\u2019t forget at home your curiosity, an open heart and the love and respect for Nature.<\/p>\n
