The Nature is full of energetic places!<\/p>\n

The mountains help us to forget our problems and at their top we can see the life from a different point of view.<\/p>\n

The view of the lake brings good mood and boosts the creativity.<\/p>\n

The wonderful woods spread an energy that purifies and recharges us.<\/p>\n

We will go through these amazing sceneries, alternating a regenerative walk and stretching, breathing exercises and yoga.<\/p>\n

Our destination will be a botanic park with unique natural characteristics, which will give you the feeling of entering in an enchanted world.<\/p>\n

There we will find a delicious \u201cwellness\u201d pic-nic<\/p>\n

This activity is suitable for all. (languages: Italian and English)<\/p>\n

WHERE<\/strong><\/p>\n

We will meet at 10 am at the valley station of the San Salvatore cable car in Paradiso. Once at the top we will follow the trail to Corona until the San Grato Park.<\/p>\n

At 3 pm we will return to the meeting point with the Autopostale.<\/p>\n

WHAT YOU HAVE TO TAKE WITH YOU<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sport cloths, a spare shirt, a sweater, a k-way and confortable walk shoes.<\/p>\n

Don\u2019t forget at home your curiosity, an open heart and the love and respect for nature and\u2026a camera to take beautiful photos!<\/p>\n
