WHAT WE GONNA DO<\/strong><\/p>\n

Enjoy a Pilates class lasting 50 minutes, a break full of well-being, surrounded by beautiful natural scenery.<\/p>\n

The nature increases the positive effects of exercise, improves body structure and stimulates a good feeling.<\/p>\n

In the splendid scenery of the Parco Guidino di Paradiso, close to the city centre of Lugano, with a stunning view of the Ceresio Lake. A natural setting on Monte San Salvatore hillside.<\/p>\n

WHAT TO CARRY<\/strong><\/p>\n

Wear appropriate outfits, choose transpiring clothes according to the season. K-way if necessary, a mat or towel and some water.<\/p>\n

Do not forget your curiosity, an open heart and love and respect for Nature.<\/p>\n
