Nature is full of incredible places that offer us wonderful landscapes and are a source of deep wellbeing and energy.<\/p>\n

The M<\/strong>ountains<\/strong> give us the feeling of leaving our troubles behind us while from the peak we look at life from a different point of view.<\/p>\n

The L<\/strong>ake<\/strong> view brings a feeling of good mood and stimulates your creativity.<\/p>\n

The Woods<\/strong> release oxygen that purifies and revitalizes us.<\/p>\n

We will walk together, combining a regenerating hike with breathing exercises and Pilates, following a path that from the top of the Monte San Salvatore<\/strong><\/a> reach Parco San Grato<\/strong><\/a> through incredible sceneries.<\/p>\n

Our experience will end in an area with unique natural characteristics, which give the feeling of entering an enchanted world… and where we will offer you a regerating drink and a Green Snack.<\/p>\n

Trail of intermediate difficulty, mainly downhill.<\/p>\n

Meeting at 09.30 a.m. at the departure station of the S.Salvatore Funicular in Paradiso. Return by bus at the time of your choice<\/p>\n

WHAT TO CARRY<\/strong><\/p>\n

Packed lunch (optionally), wear appropriate sport outfits, choose transpiring clothes according to the season. K-way if necessary, confortable walking\/hiking shoes.<\/p>\n

Do not forget your curiosity, an open heart and love and respect for Nature and…<\/p>\n

… and a camera to take wonderful pictures!<\/p>\n
