While you exercise your body needs more oxygen, so the pulmonary ventilation increases and there is an involuntary movement that improve lung elasticity, volume and endurance. This improves the force of contraction and as a result it works more efficiently. This efficiency reduces the possibility to develop cardiovascular disease such as stroke, ictus and hypertension.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>And much more\u2026exercising <strong>strengthens bones and cartilages<\/strong>; it r<strong>educes the risk<\/strong> of the onset of many form of <strong>cancer<\/strong>, <strong>helps the weight<\/strong> loss reducing the blood fats, <strong>prevents diabetes, it reduces anxiety symptoms and depression<\/strong> and increase the <strong>good mood,<\/strong>\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Nothing new you could say\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Then there is <strong>the Nature<\/strong>\u2026which enhances and <strong>increases all these benefits<\/strong>.
