He loves kite surfing, the days spent outdoors, the nature and he surely understands the wind. If he also knows how to make bread, you will discover it attending to the 3h event, which takes place in this unique location. In the meanwhile, we can ensure you that he produces high quality flours!

This NATURAL BREAD-MAKING course is for anyone who wants to improve his nutrition and learn how to realise amazing backed goods using IP-Suisse flours.

You will visit the biggest mill in Ticino and discover its story guided by who is part of that story and ensures continuity working hard everyday.

Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to taste some of your creations (you can take the other part at home), accompanied by local products and a drink or for those who want by a Mugnaio beer, made with cereals of Ticino. INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
